John Travolta isn't out of the woods yet when it comes to the masseur who accused him of inappropriate behavior during an alleged January massage session.
The accuser, whose lawsuit against Travolta was dismissed on Tuesday, is possibly preparing for a second legal round with the "Pulp Fiction" actor — and he's bringing media-friendly attorney Gloria Allred with him.

"I represent John Doe No. 1," Allred — known for such clients as alleged Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel, porn actress Ginger Lee, and Herman Cain accuser Sharon Bialek — said in a statement provided to TheWrap. "Mr. Doe's lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice, which means that he is still legally entitled to file a lawsuit against John Travolta if he chooses."
Allred added that she is currently "in the process of conferring with him regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take."
The anonymous accuser filed suit on May 4, claiming that Travolta groped his genitals and began masturbating during a Jan. 16 massage session at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

He parted ways with his attorney, Okorie Okorocha, shortly after reports surfaced that he had gotten the date of the alleged encounter wrong — and after photographs and a restaurant receipt that placed Travolta in New York on Jan. 16 — surfaced.
Before his suit was dismissed earlier this week, John Doe #1 had been seeking $2 million, claiming assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Travolta still faces accusations from a second masseur, John Doe #2, who claims that Travolta behaved similarly during a Jan. 28 massage session at an Atlanta resort. That man, who is also represented by Okorocha, was added to the lawsuit with an amended complaint filed mere days after the initial complaint.
Travolta's attorney, Martin Singer — who has adamantly denied the claims of both men — has not yet returned TheWrap's request for comment on this latest development.
