Variety is reporting that Matt Damon will star in "Hereafter," Clint Eastwood's next project for Warner Bros.
Filing is set to begin this fall on the supernatural drama.
Peter Morgan, who received an Oscar nomination for "Frost/Nixon," wrote the film, which is being produced by Eastwood.
Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall, Morgan and Tim Moore are executive producing.
This will be the second Eastwood film in a row with Damon; he stars opposite Morgan Freeman in Eastwood's "Invictus," about Nelson Mandela's ties to South African rugby. That film opens Dec. 11.
