Miramax has named Mitzi Reaugh, a former VP at NBC Universal, as its senior vice president, strategy and business development.
Reaugh will lead Miramax’s business development efforts across the company, including "digital initiatives, international opportunities and business extensions," the Santa Monica-based company said. She will report to Steve Schoch, Miramax’s CFO.
Miramax CEO Mike Lang worked directly with Reaugh on the formation of Hulu. "Her experience in the digital arena will be invaluable as we move ahead," Lang said.
Reaugh was most recently senior vice president of client solutions for the Nielsen Company. She's also held positions McKinsey & Company and several Internet start-ups.
