The opening-day address is set to center on piracy
Paramount Pictures chief operating officer Frederick Huntsberry will deliver the keynote address at ShowEast 2010 in Orlando. Huntsberry's opening-day address is set to focus on piracy and its effects on the exhibition industry.
At Paramount, Huntsberry oversees worldwide strategic planning and operations including finance, IT, human resources, industrial relations, studio operations, sourcing, community and government relations and the office of the general counsel. He has been in his current role since July 2006. Huntsberry was previously president of NBC Universal International.
ShowEast 2010 will run Oct. 11-14 at the Orlando World Center Marriott. The annual exhibition industry gathering is in its 26th year.
