The Hollywood Temp Diaries has celebrated National Boss' Day with the release of its 2011 Brown List -- a ranking of the MOST-LIKED and LEAST-LIKED entertainment executives. This is the third-annual edition of the survey, which is designed to help job seekers to answer the question "Do I really want to work for [Hollywood Executive]?"

Topping the "Most Liked" group is George Furla of Emmett/Furla Films with 748 nominations. Also cracking the Top 10 are Rob McEntegart (Sr. EVP Lionsgate Films), producer Bernie Goldman ("300"), Christine Holder (Zero Gravity) and Drew Tappon (Warner Horizon). On the celebrity side, A-listers and well-known nice guys Conan O'Brien, Adam Carolla and Kevin Spacey received nominations as well.

It's refreshing to hear that some Hollywood executives are decent to their employees. These people are seemingly a rarity, so they deserve the recognition they receive. One word of caution to those considering a move out to Hollywood. When 50 Cent, an admitted cocaine dealer who has been shot three times, makes the Most-Liked side of the ledger, you know Hollywood is a tough town.

This is the second go-round for producer Randall Emmett as the "winner" of the Least-Liked Hollywood executive, having also secured the title in 2009. Emmett lead the category with a staggering 2,843 nominations or 67 times as many as he received two years ago.

As in each of the last two years, the "Least Liked" list delivered the usual suspects -- Ari Emanuel, Scott Rudin, Harvey Weinstein and 20 different CAA agents. Others earning spots in the "Bottom 10" include Jill Weiss from Jerry Bruckheimer Productions, Leslie Siebert from Gersh and Brian Wilkins of Kritzer Levine Wilkins Griffin.

On the celeb side, Jay Leno topped the "Least-Liked" group that also included Tom Cruise, George Lopez, Jake Gyllenhaal and Mel Gibson.
