Christine Batista, a long-time marketing executive who has worked at MGM, Paramount and DreamWorks, has joined CBS Films as senior VP national partnerships and publicity, the studio announced Tuesday.
Eddie DeVall, another former MGM executive, joined as VP, national partnerships and promotions.
The two worked together at MGM and will be at this week's Licensing Show International Expo in Las Vegas.
Batista worked in marketing and partnerships at MGM. DeVall worked on media promotions and national partnerships.
They're already working on "Gambit," starring Colin Firth, Cameron Diaz and Alan Rickman; on "American Assassin," Ed Zwick's adaptation of the bestseller "American Assassin," "The Woman in Black," starring Daniel Radcliffe and Jonathan Levine's adaptation of the novel "Legend."
