In "Draft Day," Costner will play the general manager of the NFL Buffalo Bills, who spends his days looking for top players to save his troubled team.
Familiar territory for Costner, who has starred in several sports-themed films including the classic baseball fare "Bull Durham" and "Field of Dreams." On a roll, Costner's upcoming releases include “Man of Steel" for director Zack Snyder and “Jack Ryan” for Paramount, which is currently filming and will be released on Christmas Day 2013. He has also been nominated for an Emmy for "Hatfields & McCoys."
