Martin Sheen to Play CIA Director in 'The Double'

Martin Sheen is joining the cast of the spy thriller "The Double," the directoral debut of "Wanted" screenwriter Michael Brandt starring Richard Gere, Topher Grace, Stephen Moyer, Stana Katic and Odette Yustman.
Ashok Amritraj’s Hyde Park Entertainment Group and Imagenation Abu Dhabi are producing.
Sheen will play the CIA director who assigns two agents (Grace and Gere) to investigate the murder of a U.S. senator at the hands of a Soviet assassin long thought dead.
Brandt wrote the original script with writing partner Derek Haas ("Wanted," "3:10 to Yuma").
