Robert Redford famously played journalist Bob Woodward in "All The President's Men."

In his next project, his character is running from a journalist.

On Tuesday, Voltage Pictures and Redford's Wildwood Enterprises announced that they're teaming Redford with Shia LaBeouf in "The Company You Keep," a thriller about a former Weather Underground militant who's been living under a fake identity for 30 years.

A journalist, played by LaBeouf, learns who he really is, and Redford's character goes on the run.

Redford is directing the movie, which Lem Dobbs ("Haywire," "The Limey") wrote. It's based on Neil Gordon's novel.

The movie is in preproduction and will film in Vancouver in September.

Redford and LaBeouf are repped by CAA.
