New Line has picked up the Farrelly brothers' comedy "Hall Pass" out of turnaround from Fox, signing Owen Wilson to topline the picture. Jason Sudeikis is in negotiations to co-star.

Pete Jones wrote the spec, which was rewritten by Peter and Bobby Farrelly, who are directing and producing with their Conundrum Entertainment partner Bradley Thomas.
