Celine Rattray will head Mandalay Entertainment's New York-based independent film financing division Mandalay Vision, where she will focus on developing and producing features budgeted up to $16 million.
She previously was co-CEO of Plum Pictures.
Rattray’s former partners, Galt Niederhoffer and Daniela Taplin, will continue to run Plum Pictures.
