Lindsay Lohan is stranded in Cannes, and now it might lead to her ending up in jail. The judge ruling over her probation hearing wants her in court on Thursday to answer questions about why she has only managed to attend 10 alcohol education classes (out of 13) that are a part of her probation agreement.
If Lohan fails to show up on Thursday, Judge Marsha Revel says she will issue a bench warrant for her arrest.

The risk that Lohan faces jail time, seems slight, however. Mostly because Lohan has been complying with her court ordered treatment program, Cherie Martin, the social worker overseeing the actress' treatment, notes in a letter two weeks ago to Judge Revel.
Martin maintains that following a December court appearance for failing to get permission to miss an appointment for a work related trip, Lohan became more serious about the program.
"Her attitude is positive and receptive to ideas regarding lifestyle changes," Martin writes. "She has never come under the influence, been rude or disrespectful."
