The new trailer for Zach Snyder's big-screen take on the Superman myth "Man of Steel" hit the Internet on Tuesday, and while it's reasonably certain that this will be a superhero movie, the trailer comes across more like an inspirational Hallmark film.
While there are brief moments of "Immortals" star Henry Cavill in action as the cape-clad hero, the 2 1/2-minute trailer leans more toward soulful expressions and swelling music that seem intent on making it clear that this will be a particularly meaningful entry in the superhero-movie canon.
