Barbara Walters in Talks for HBO Biopic

She met with cable channel last week to discuss documentary a la “Teddy: In His Own Words”

Barbara Walters is in talks with HBO to make a for-the-record movie about her life and career, perhaps as soon as next year.

Walters met late last week with HBO brass at the cable channel's midtown office to discuss a documentary along the lines of "Teddy: In His Own Words," the Teddy Kennedy biography that aired last year shortly after his death.

Oh, this has to be fabulous. I haven't read her book yet, but something tells me her sexcapades aren't in there, her out-of-control verbal abuse of her staffs over the years, and the never-told mega-disaster I'm going to write about to coincide with the biopic.
