Sorry, Las Vegas -- you'll have to wait a little longer for Cee Lo Green to grace you with his glitzy presence.
The "F--- You" singer and "The Voice" coach has postponed his upcoming Vegas residency, "Cee Lo Green Is Loberace," until next year due to scheduling conflicts with NBC's singing competition "The Voice."
"[A]s we move into the third season of 'The Voice,' with my dedicated commitment to the filming schedule and love for my role on the show, I will need to postpone the opening of ‘Loberace’ to early 2013," Green said in a statement. "Most importantly, to all my fans who have already purchased tickets, please accept my sincerest apology, and I hope you can still join me in Vegas next year, so I can properly and finally introduce you to my brainchild, ‘Loberace’! Thank you for your patience and understanding.”
The show -- described as "Part dance party, part live intimate concert" -- was scheduled to kick off Aug. 29 at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The debut has now been pushed back to Feb. 27, 2013, with tickets for the new shows going on sale Aug. 1.
Ticket-holders for the postponed shows can receive an exchange or refund at the original point of purchase.
