Vivi Zigler, a 19-year veteran of NBC Universal, has moved to Shine America, where she will serve as president, Shine 360 & Digital, Shine America CEO Carl Fennessy said Tuesday.
Zigler most recently served as President, NBC Universal Digital Entertainment, a position she assumed in 2008. At Shine America — the production company behind "The Biggest Loser," "The Office" and other shows — she will oversee all branded entertainment, licensing, digital and live experiences.

Zigler has won five Emmy Awards during her career, including the Interactive Emmy in 2008 for the hit NBC series “Heroes” and twice for “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.”
“At its core, Shine is a very creative group of people who understand how consumers are enjoying content," Zigler said of her new employers. "Consequently they begin the creative process with all platforms and engagement points in mind. That is a process and a company that I am thrilled to be a part of.”
Her other positions under the NBC Universal umbrella included executive vice president, current programs for NBC Entertainment, where she oversaw the production of the network's comedy and drama slates. She also served as senior vice president of marketing & advertising services for the NBC Agency and as senior vice president, marketing for Bravo.
Earlier this month, Shine America beefed up its development team with the addition of Chris Culvenor as senior vice president, development and Christie McConnell as vice president, development. Previously, Culvenor had served at Shine America's sister company Shine Australia, while McConnell had been with Stephen David Entertainment.
