NCAA Championship: Watch Rick Pitino’s Scary Moment (Video)

Fireworks make for post-game drama

Other coaches may tremble in fear at Louisville's Rick Pitino — but what seems to freak him out is fireworks.

The Lousiville coach led his team to the NCAA men's basketball champtionship Monday, becoming the first coach to win the title at separate schools. He was also named Monday to the Basketball Hall of Fame.

But as he went in for a postgame handshake with Michigan coach John Beilein, a flash of light and loud noise gave him quite a scare. Former Lakers coach Phil Jackson asked on Twitter, "Did Rick think someone was shooting at him?"

Maybe, but those fireworks were a little much.
