Dailies | Seth Rogen Argues Over Condom Headlines With ‘Mean Dean’ Lisa Kudrow in New ‘Neighbors’ Clip (Video)

The former “Friends” star plays the dean of the university that Zac Efron attends with his noisy fraternity brothers

Before Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne wage war with Zac Efron‘s fraternity in “Neighbors,” they try to get help from the university's dean, played Lisa Kudrow.

Unfortunately, for the new parents (but fortunately for comedy), she's not very much help and refuses to punish Efron's noisy frat in a new clip MTV released as part of the “MTV Movie Awards Takeover” ahead of the networks Movie Awards on Sunday.

“The way I do my job is, I'm always thinking about the headlines. So, ‘Duke Lacrosse Team Rapes Stripper’ — bad headline,” the former “Friends star says in a new clip from the R-rated college comedy (above). “‘Fraternity Keeps Couple Awake’ — that's not really a headline.”
