Obama to Break Bread With Jobs, Zuckerberg & Tech CEOs

President planning dinner Thursday with Silicon Valley-based captains of industry

Guess who's coming to dinner.

President Barack Obama will break bread on Thursday with big-tech CEOs such as Apple's Steve Jobs, Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg and Netflix's Reed Hastings, according to the New York Times.

The subject of the Silicon Valley confab at the home of venture capitalist John Doerr won't be "The Social Network." Instead of unpacking the Oscar-nominated film with those in the know, the president is expected to talk about economic innovation.

Also expected to join the table are Google Chairman and CEO Eric Schmidt, Twitter CEO Dick Costolo, Oracle CEO Larry Ellison, and Yahoo President and CEO Carol Bartz.

Some of the dozen guests represent the financing and educations ends of the tech spectrum such as Standford University President John Hennessy and Westly Group founder Steve Westly.
