Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are being accused of profiting off the labor of kids in easily the week’s most ironic lawsuit.
The class action, brought against the twins’ Dualstar Entertainment Group, alleges that interns for the company were actually deliberately misclassified employees, made to do data entry, run errands, make copies, sew stuff and refill the twins’ embalming fluid.
The company has vowed to “vigorously defend itself” against the claims, which include making interns put in 50-hour work weeks, twice the Millennial average.
