Paradigm Hires ICM Partners’ Iris Grossman

The agent was TNT's former SVP of talent and casting

Iris Grossman has joined Paradigm, the agency announced on Thursday.

Grossman had been at ICM Partners, where she represented clients such as Kim Cattrall, Jeff Garlin and “Homeland” star Mandy Patinkin.

It remains unclear if any of those clients will join her at Paradigm.

Prior to joining ICM, Grossman was the SVP of talent and casting at TNT. She won an Emmy for casting the TV film “George Wallace” and tis the president emeritus of Women in Film.

Paradigm has added several veteran agents over the past few months, including former Overbrook Entertainment partner Ken Stovitz and CAA agent Bob Bookman.

"The whole town has seen what Paradigm has been doing, attracting some of the most well respected agents in the industry, who are all energized and thriving there," Grossman said in a statement. "That’s very appealing to me and I can’t wait to get started."
