‘Pete Holmes Show’ Renewed by TBS

TBS has given a second season to its late-night offering “The Pete Holmes Show,” which hails from Conan O’Brien‘s Conaco LLC, with an order for 13 more episodes.

New episodes of the series, which had a seven-week run at the end of 2013, will air beginning Feb. 24. The new episodes will air Mondays through Thursdays at midnight, following “Conan.”

“The first 28 episodes were a joy to make, and I’m so thrilled we get to keep going,” Holmes said. “We have so much more we want to do, and I’m looking forward to the opportunity to make great comedy, continue to evolve the show and really push the limits of potty language and tasteful male nudity. I can’t wait!”

The initial run of “The Pete Holmes Show” has averaged nearly half a million viewers since its premiere.
