Rush Limbaugh's radio show will have to do without Peter Gabriel music if the singer has his way.
Gabriel's 1986 hit "Sledgehammer" was playing in the background while the conservative talk show host called Georgetown law student Sandra Fluke a "slut" and a "prostitute" on Wednesday.
"Peter was appalled to learn that his music was linked to Rush Limbaugh's extraordinary attack on Sandra Fluke," a statement on Gabriel's Facebook page read.

"It is obvious from anyone that knows Peter's work that he would never approve such a use. He has asked his representatives to make sure his music is withdrawn and especially from these unfair aggressive and ignorant comments."
Limbaugh made his comments — which have resulted in the loss of eight of his show's sponsors — after Fluke testified at a Congressional hearing on contraception.
