Queen Latifah’s Canceled VH1 Series ‘Single Ladies’ Gets Second Life on BET’s Centric

Series returns as part of a production deal with Latifah’s Flavor Unit Entertainment

Hour-long comedy series “Single Ladies” will return for a fourth season on BET’s Centric network after it was canceled by VH1, Centric announced Tuesday.

Female-oriented Centric will reboot the show as part of a new exclusive production deal with Queen Latifah‘s Flavor Unit Entertainment, which produces the show.

Latifah’s daytime talk show, “The Queen Latifah Show,” will also run in primetime on Centric as part of the deal.

“Single Ladies,” about three unattached women navigating the singles scene in Atlanta, stars LisaRaye McCoy, Denise Vasi, Charity Shea and D.B. Woodside. Latifah serves as an executive producer on the series.
