Ratings: ‘Extreme Weight Loss’ Falls to Series Low

“Zoo” rebounds from last week’s declines

ABC’s “Extreme Weight Loss” shed some ratings heft and hit a series low Tuesday night. NBC, meanwhile, rode to another easy summer Tuesday-night victory on the back of “America’s Got Talent.”

Down one tenth of a point from last week, “Extreme Weight Loss” drew a 0.6 Nielsen rating among adults 18-49 at 9 p.m. ET, according to overnight numbers. The show’s season finale is set for next Tuesday. ABC tied with Telemundo for fourth place among the broadcasters with a 0.6 rating and 2 share.

NBC averaged a 1.8 / 6. “America’s Got Talent” was down 9 percent from last Tuesday with a 2.1 at 8 p.m. “Hollywood Game Night” followed at 10 p.m., down 15 percent at 1.1.

CBS finished second with a 1.0 / 3. “Zoo,” bookended by reruns at 9 p.m., grew one tenth of a point from last week at 1.1.

Univision came in third with a 0.8 / 3.

Fox drew a 0.5 / 2. “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?” shed a tenth of a point to 0.5 at 8 p.m. and was followed by reruns.

The CW averaged a 0.3 /1 with reruns.
