Ratings: Fox Scores Six Straight Tuesday Night Wins

Gordon Ramsay reality shows “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Masterchef” continued a Tuesday night win streak for Fox

Gordon Ramsay has cooked up a primetime winning streak for Fox, the network won Tuesday night for the sixth straight week last night behind his shows "Masterchef" and "Hell's Kitchen." Fox's win streak also includes the MLB All-Star game.

KITCHEN COMBO Fox began the night with "Hell's Kitchen," which posted a 3.2 rating/11 share in the key adults 18-49 demographic. "Masterchef" scored this year's highest ratings so far for a summer series debut with its premiere July 28. The show matched its premiere score Tuesday night posting a 2.7/8 from 9-10 p.m. Overall, Fox averaged 2.9/9 for the evening, 38 percent higher than its nearest competitors.

TWO FOR TUESDAY Both ABC and NBC averaged 2.1/6 on Tuesday night to tie for second place. ABC aired an episode of the obstacle course game show "Wipeout," which scored 2.9/9, and the premiere of the all-star challenge "Shaq Vs.," which posted a 1.9/6. NBC broadcast a two-hour episode of "America's Got Talent," which averaged 2.8/8 from 9-11 p.m. The network also aired motivational speaker Tony Robbins' reality show "Breakthrough With Tony Robbins," which scored 0.7/2, down 13 percent from its premiere last week.

LEFTOVERS CBS finished in last place Tuesday night behind all of the other major broadcast networks and Spanish language channel Univision. The network averaged 1.2/4 from 8-11p.m. with repeats of "NCIS," "NCIS LA," and "The Good Wife." CBS has been doing well with re-runs every other night of the week, but these three shows haven't held up to repeat viewings. Univision scored a 1.6/5 for the night.
