Ratings: ‘Red Widow’ Drops 20% From Weak Premiere; Fox, CBS Tie for First

Fox's "Family Guy" wins key demo, while CBS's "60 Minutes" is most-watched

ABC's new drama "Red Widow" fell off 20 percent from last week's weak premiere, while CBS and Fox shared first place in the ratings, with Fox's "Family Guy" taking the night's best individual ratings, according to preliminary numbers.

CBS, like Fox, drew a 1.8 rating/5 share in the advertiser-sought 18-49 demographic and took a commanding first place outright in total viewers with 9.8 million.

Following "60 Minutes" at 7 p.m., which ran even with last week for a 1.6/5 and took the night's largest total viewership with 11.4 million, "The Amazing Race" at 8 dipped 8 percent for a 2.3/7, grabbing 9.2 million total viewers. "The Good Wife" at 9 inched down to a 1.5/4 and took 9 million total viewers, while "The Mentalist" at 10 was also down slightly, posting a 1.5/4 with 9.4 million total viewers.

Fox drew third place in total viewers with 3.9 million. Following a "Bob's Burgers" repeat, "American Dad" aired at a special time at 7:30, sliding 16 percent from its last original airing three weeks ago at 9:30 for a 1.6/5 and drawing 3.3 million total viewers. "The Simpsons" at 8 ran even with last week with a 2.2/6 and took 4.9 million total viewers, while "The Cleveland Show" at 8:30 also held steady with last week for a 1.8/5 and took 4 million total viewers.

"Family Guy" at 9 inched up to a 2.6/7 and grabbed 5.2 million total viewers, while a new "Bob's Burgers" at 9:30 also ticked up, taking a 1.8/4 and drawing 3.9 million total viewers. "America's Funniest Home Videos" at 7 slid 18 percent to a 1.4/4 with 6.3 million total viewers, while "Once Upon a Time" the following hour was even with last week, tying a series low of 2.2/6 and taking 7.4 million total viewers.

"Revenge" at 9 climbed 11 percent from its last original three weeks ago for a 2.0/5 and had 6.8 million total viewers, while "Red Widow" dropped off 20 percent from last week's series premiere, when it matched the network's quickly pulled "Zero Hour." Sunday's episode drew a 1.2/3 and took 5.3 million total viewers.

NBC came in fourth in ratings and total viewers with a 1.3/3 and 3.8 million. Following a repeat of "The Celebrity Apprentice" from 7 to 9, a new two-hour episode drew even with last week's season premiere for a 1.7/4 and took 5 million total viewers.
