"The Voice" slipped slightly from last week's season premiere and its followup, "Revolution," fell to a series low Monday, but NBC still won the night in ratings, according to preliminary numbers.
"The Voice" at 8 p.m. posted a 4.6 rating/13 share in the key 18-49 demographic, taking the night's top ratings. That was down 4 percent from its Monday night season premiere last week, though the network faced decreased competition, with CBS in repeats. The show grew 12 percent in its second week during its fall cycle. Monday's "Voice" drew 13 million total viewers, also down slightly from last Monday.
"Revolution" at 10, meanwhile, dropped off 12 percent from last week, hitting a series low of 2.3/6 and drawing 6.7 million total viewers. Overall, NBC came in first in ratings with an average 3.9/11 and took second place in total viewers with 10.9 million.
ABC drew second place in the demo and first in total viewers with a 2.2/6 and 13.1 million. "Dancing With the Stars" at 8 was down 13 percent from last week, tying a series low for performance shows with a 2.1/6. But it was the night's most-watched show with 13.8 million total viewers. "Castle" at 10 inched up to a 2.2/6 and drew 11.8 million total viewers.
The episode was the 100th for "Castle."
Fox came in third in ratings and total viewers with a 2.1/6 and 6.7 million. "Bones" at 8 inched up to a 2.0/6 and had 6.9 million total viewers, while "The Following" at 9 ticked down to a 2.2/6 and drew 6.5 million total viewers.
Univision took fourth in ratings and fifth in total viewers with a 1.5/4 and 3.7 million.
CBS, which aired repeats Monday night, was fifth in ratings and fourth in total viewers with a 1.2/3 and 4.8 million.
