The primetime portion of “Dick Clark‘s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest” was the evening’s highest rated show, averaging a 2.8 rating and 10 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic, according to Nielsen overnight numbers.

The 10 p.m. hour of “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” drew 13.1 million total viewers, up 2 percent from last year’s telecast.

NBC finished second in primetime, averaging a 1.0 / 4 with “A Toast to 2015” at 8-10 p.m. and “New Year’s Eve Game Night With Andy Cohen” at 10-11 p.m.

Fox finished third with “Pitbull’s New Year’s Revolution” at 8-10 p.m., averaging a 0.9 / 3.

CBS and the CW aired reruns, averaging a 0.6 / 2 and 0.2 / 1, respectively.
