‘Real Housewives’ Return: ‘No Decisions Have Been Made’

No, the show won’t resume filming the day after tragic apparent suicide, and other rumor-debunking

Contrary to media reports, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" won't resume filming on Wednesday — in fact, there were no plans to shoot the reality series at all this week, an individual familiar with the production confirms to TheWrap.

Following news that Russell Armstrong, the husband of "Real Housewives" cast member Taylor Armstrong, had been found dead of an apparent suicide, several inaccurate reports surfaced. Suggesting a callous disregard for the tragedy on the show's part, TMZ reported Tuesday that "shooting is set to resume tomorrow as scheduled."

"That is not true — that is a rumor," an individual familiar with the situation told TheWrap, adding that the show had not even been scheduled to shoot this week.

Likewise, other reports had it that shooting would be suspended for the rest of the week. Again, untrue, because — again — "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" hadn't been scheduled to film this week. As for how the tragedy will affec the show — that question is still very much up in the air.

"No decisions have been made," the spokesperson reiterated.
