‘Real Housewives’ Star Bethenny Frankel Sued for $100 Million

Her Skinnygirl cocktail line made fat bucks, and now her former managers want 10 percent — and a whole lot more in punitive damages

"Real Housewives of New York City" and "Bethenny Getting Married?" star Bethenny Frankel is being sued for more than $100 million dollars over her Skinnygirl line of cocktails, court papers obtained by TheWrap reveal.

Frankel's former management company, Raw Talent, filed a fraud and breach of contract suit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, claiming that Frankel chiseled the company out of its 10 percent commission for her Skinnygirl cocktail line.

According to the suit, Frankel entered a management agreement with Raw Talent that included a 10 percent cut on her earnings. However, the company alleges, after it helped the reality star formulate a plan to sell her Skinnygirl cocktail brand, Frankel fired her manager, just days before signing a lucrative deal for the drinks line, thereby depriving the company of its commission on the deal.

Now Raw Talent is seeking $12 million, its estimate of its cut from the deal, and $100 million in punitive damages due to her alleged "deceitful and greedy conduct."

And here Frankel probably thought that dealing with the other Real Housewives was a cutthroat activity…
