This weekend’s Hollywood premiere of “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” is set to bring out some of the biggest names in entertainment, but other surprises await guests on the carpet.

Today, ABC 7’s bird’s-eye view looking down at Hollywood and Highland caught sight of a very interesting parked vehicle. It seems that at least one X-Wing fighter — the iconic ships flown by many Rebel pilots, including Luke Skywalker himself — will be present for the premiere, which has already closed down Hollywood Blvd. as preparations begin for Saturday.

While most premieres at the El Capitan only close down about two blocks’ worth of the boulevard for a few hours, the “Star Wars” standalone movie is no already film and has sparked road closures stretching all the way from Highland to Vine days before the stars hit the red carpet.

The massive road closures have spawned some serious speculation among fans, and it seems as though this X-Wing might only be the beginning.

Star Wars Celebration and other conventions like it often boast full set pieces, such as the Mos Eisley Cantina as well as fan-made replicas of the AT-AT and the Rancor (affectionately nicknamed “Roxy) so the idea of gigantic Star Wars set pieces lining Hollywood boulevard isn’t too far out of reach.

Also on the block are gigantic tents that will cover the massive red carpet as the stars head down the press line to chat about the film.

Among those expected are the stars of the film, including Felicity Jones and Diego Luna, along with executives such as Kathleen Kennedy.

“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” hits theaters Dec. 16th.
