Ratings: ABC’s ‘Rookie Blue’ Surrenders New Series Low

CBS tops Thursday thanks to “Big Brother”

CBS topped Thursday in both the key 18-49 demographic and among total viewers, thanks to “Big Brother” and even a slightly up “Under the Dome.”

ABC’s “Rookie Blue” slipped to a new series low last night in primetime, and helped tie the network for fourth in the demo with Telemundo.

NBC finished second overall.

CBS was first in ratings with a 1.4 rating/5 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 5.8 million, according to preliminary numbers. Following reruns, “Big Brother” at 8 p.m. earned a 2.0/7 and 6.3 million viewers. “Under the Dome” at 10 had a 0.9/3 and 4.5 million viewers.

NBC was second in ratings with a 1.0/4 and in viewers with 4.9 million. “Food Fighters” at 8 got a 0.9/4 and 3.8 million viewers. “Dateline Mystery” at 9 posted a 1.1/4 and 5.5 million viewers.

Univision was third in ratings with a 0.8/3, but fifth in viewers with 2.1 million.

ABC and Telemundo tied for fourth in ratings, both with a 0.7. ABC had a 3 share, Telemundo had a 2 share. ABC was third in total viewers with 3.4 million, Telemundo was sixth with 1.6 million.

For ABC, following a repeat, “Mistresses” at 9 received a 0.8/3 and 3.2 million viewers. “Rookie Blue” at 10 had a 0.5/2 and 2.4 million viewers.

Fox was sixth in ratings with a 0.6/2, but fourth in viewers with 2.3 million. “Boom” at 8 got a 0.7/3 and 2.1 million viewers. A rerun followed.

The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.3/1 and in viewers with 957,000. “Beauty and the Beast” at 8 received a 0.3/1 and 1 million viewers. A rerun followed.
