Chris Evans has been offered the role of Captain America, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

TheWrap spoke to the actor's representation at CAA who refused to confirm or deny the story, as did Marvel.

Author and publicist Jack Hirshberg died on March 7 after a brief illness, the Hollywood Reporter reports. He was 92.

As a publicist, Hirshberg helped promote some of Hollywood's greatest films including "Some Like It Hot," "All the President's Men," and "The Ten Commandments."

Hirshberg also represented top Hollywood talent including Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Gary Cooper, and Cecil B. DeMille.

The Fox Business Network won a lawsuit against the United States Federal Reserve on Friday over failure of the Fed to respond to the network’s Freedom of Information Act requests.

ABC's "FlashForward" returned from an extended hiatus Thursday to not-hot numbers, while Jerry Seinfeld's "The Marriage Ref" seems to be holding on at NBC.

On an atypical night -- CBS aired NCAA basketball coverage, while Fox's increasingly potent dramas were in repeats -- nothing particularly sparked with viewers. But there were still a few interesting numbers.
