Rush Limbaugh Gets a Visit From the Bomb Squad

Police rush to conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh’s home after his security staff finds a suspicious package

Rush Limbaugh's Palm Beach home was descended on by the bomb squad on Thursday, after the conservative radio host's security squad found a suspicious package, West Palm Beach TV station WPTV reports.

The package, which was sent from Pennsylvania, contained an electronic plaque with wires attached to it, which prompted security to contact authorities.

Police managed to contact the sender, who apologized for sending an object that could be misinterpreted as dangerous.

It is not yet known what the object actually was, whether it will be destroyed or if Limbaugh will somehow blame liberals for the incident on his show Friday.

The Palm Beach Police Department has not yet responded to TheWrap's request for comment.
