Next time Ryan Lochte feels threatened, he’ll have something more than a flimsy story to fall back on.

The Olympic swimmer, who found himself embroiled in scandal at the Summer Games in Rio this year after claiming that he was robbed at gunpoint, has scored another business partner, his second since the scandal broke.

Beginning Tuesday, Lochte has started shilling for Robocopp, billed as the world’s smallest SOS alarm.

Lochte demonstrated the product on Twitter via an instructional video on Tuesday.

“I’ve been traveling a lot lately. We all like to have fun, but it’s a good idea to stay safe,” Lochte said in the video.

“I don’t go anywhere without Robocopp. It’s this tiny device,” the swimmer continued. “All you do is pull the pin, and it can get you out of a bad situation.”

“Excited to partner with @RobocoppUSA,” Lochte wrote in a caption accompanying the video.

The new endorsement comes days after Lochte struck a deal with Pine Bros. Softish Throat Drops. for a campaign that states, “Pine Brothers Softish Throat Drops: Forgiving on Your Throat.”

Lochte, also a newly minted competitor on the ABC reality series “Dancing With the Stars,” lost a number of sponsors, including Speedo and Ralph Lauren after his story about being robbed fell apart.
