Fox Not Wild About Saffron: Burrows to Be Replaced in ‘Bones’ Spinoff

Former “L&O: Criminal Intent” actress’s part is being “reimagined”

Saffron Burrows is being replaced on Fox's "Bones" offshoot "The Finder," Twentieth Century Fox Television confirms to TheWrap.

Burrows, until recently a regular on "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," was to have played Ike Latulippe, a bar owner and helicopter pilot who serves as the sidekick to former military policeman Walter Sherman (played by former "7th Heaven" star Geoff Stultz, who has the ability to find anything for his clients.

However, her character is now being "reimagined," and Burrows will not be part of the future image.

"Saffron will not be involved moving forward," a studio spokesperson said.

Though Burrows is gone from the show, viewers were able to see her in action anyway, when "The Finder" pilot aired in the "Bones" time slot earlier this season. In case you missed it, feel free to play a game of TV "What If?" by watching the video below.
