Bill Hader is returning to TV, correction, HBO.

The “Saturday Night Live” alum has entered into a deal with the premium cable channel to develop and star in a comedy series, a network representative told TheWrap.

Hader wrapped his eight-season stint as a regular castmember and writer on NBC’s “SNL” last year. He has returned to the show a couple times, including last weekend’s episode hosted by “Brooklyn-Nine-Nine” star  and fellow alum Andy Samberg.
