Christopher Schwarzenegger has been hospitalized after a boogie boarding accident, TheWrap has confirmed.

The news hits the day after an attorney for Arnold Schwarzenegger filed a request to suspend court-ordered spousal support to Shriver. The couple split up in May after 25 years of marriage. It was later revealed that the former California governor had fathered a child with the family’s housekeeper.

The couple is expected to reach an out-of-court settlement in their divorce case. Arnold Schwarzenegger is seeking joint custody of Christopher and his 17-year-old brother Patrick.
