Sean Penn, Kid Rock Team Up to Punch Partisan Politics in the Face (Video)

Romney supporter Kid Rock and Chavez pal Sean Penn set aside their political differences and focus on what's really important — sand sculptures

Consider this Sean Penn and Kid Rock's "can't we all just get along?" moment.

The "Milk" actor and the "Amen" singer team up for a new public-service announcement for a very important cause: The eradication of partisan hostility.

The video starts out with Penn and Kid Rock hurling insults at each other. But by the end of the PSA, they prove that, just because Kid Rock endorses Republican candidate Mitt Romney and Penn is, by some accounts, the leftiest lefty who ever leftied, they can still find common ground. And build a sand sculpture upon it.

Watch the heartwarming plea for nation unity below.
