The Simpsons paid tribute to Ellen DeGeneres‘ most-retweeted photo of all time on Tuesday, recreating the group shot with the actors replaced by their yellow cartoon doppelgängers.
“Oscar® Selfie: A wider view,” the show’s official Twitter tweeted out. Homer Simpson tried to photobomb the shot, but Simpsons Bradley Cooper accidentally kicked him in the head, much to the cartoon’s chagrin.

Academy Award winner Jared Leto, who was pushed out of the frame in the original photo, was elated he was restored to his full visage. “I’ve officially joined @TheSimpsons!” he exclaimed on Twitter.

DeGeneres’s original photo instantly went viral at Sunday’s award show — it presently has over 3.2 million retweets and has inspired countless other parodies.
