‘SNL’ VP Debate: Joe Biden is ‘Monkey Strong’

Biden knocks Scranton as Usain Bolt steps in to correct the record

The presidential and vice presidential debates have had enough absurd moments that "Saturday Night Live" hasn't had to exagerrate them as much as usual — with a few exceptions.

Saturday's cold open found Joe Biden (Jason Sudeikis) explaining that his hometown of Scranton, Pa., is a hellhole worse than life in "The Walking Dead." (It's not: Don't the folks at Dunder Mifflin seem to like it?)

Biden also informs Paul Ryan (Taran Killam) that he isn't impressed by his workout regiment, because he pushes trains in his underwear and is "monkey strong."

Killam largely played it straight, delivering one of Ryan's actual debate zingers about Biden being "under a lot of duress." His haircut, however, was different. And he drank more water than Ryan.

Also, we don't think Usain Bolt was at the actual debate.
