The drama, which is based on a bestselling trilogy, is set in a world where love is deemed illegal and is able to be eradicated with a special procedure. Emma Roberts will play Lena Holoway, who falls in love 95 days before she's scheduled to undergo a procedure to destroy that emotion in her.

Mason will play Hana, Lena's best friend who's also facing the procedure. Left to her own devices, Hana would be a party animal, and loves to hang out at underground dance clubs — while she can still enjoy such Delirious pleasures. An apparently flirty girl who lives next door to Julian Fineman ("Pretty Little Liars" actor Gregg Sulkin) and enjoys messing with his head, we learn she is ultimately less rebellious than she appears.

Billy Campbell and Corey Reynolds has also been cast in the pilot.

Usher is writing as well as executive producing, with Peter Chernin and Katherine Pope also executive producing the 20th Century Fox Television/Chernin Entertainment project. Rodrigo Garcia ("In Treatment") is directing.
