While plot points will remain extremely secretive until “Star Wars: Episode VIII” actually hits theaters, John Boyega has teased the script for the upcoming film as “great” and “much darker.”

“My part in the next film will be much more physical so I might be in the gym a bit more,” Boyega said in an interview with British Vogue.

He can’t say much more, and even jokes that he can finally talk about the plot of “The Force Awakens,” which hit theaters on Dec. 18 and has grossed more than $812 million domestically. Boyega stars as Finn alongside Daisy Ridley, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Oscar Isaac.

“It feels good,” Boyega said on being able to discuss the film. “But now, we just starting work on ‘Star Wars VIII,’ the next film, so I’m back to keeping secrets again.”

Although “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” has become the top-grossing movie in U.S. box office history, Boyega said that his personal life hasn’t changed all that much.

“When I found out I had the part, the overwhelming feeling was of relief,” he said. “I’d been auditioning for seven months so it was just unbelievable to think, yes, finally I know for sure I’m going to be in this film. In terms of what’s changed, my life back home in London is still pretty normal. I mostly drove everywhere around where I live even before I got that part, so that has meant my life just goes on as normal. I was in Wandsworth this morning.”

In the interview, Boyega also talked about working with Harrison Ford and his mentor Robert Downey Jr. Read the full interview here.
