Never heard of the new stars? Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher weren’t always famous, either

Maybe you’ve never heard of the just-announced stars of the new “Star Wars.”

Daisy Ridley isn’t a household name yet — great a name as it is. And John Beyoga is still an unknown entity to many “Star Wars” fans. Even the bigger name actors, like Adam Driver and Oscar Isaac, are early in their careers.

But there was a time when Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher were little known, struggling actors. There was even a time when the great R2-D2 was out of work.
