Steve Hutensky is out as Relativity Media's senior vice president and head of business affairs, TheWrap has confirmed.
The move came over the weekend. According to an individual with knowledge of the situation, Hutensky's contract was up.
Relativity is planning to promote a replacement from within its ranks.
Hutensky had been with the company since 2009. A lawyer by training, he previously worked as an independent producer and as an executive at Miramax Films.
News of Hutensky's exit was first reported by Deadline.
