Warner Bros. has extended the contract of its worldwide marketing and distribution president, Sue Kroll.

The 22-year veteran of the studio has signed a multi-year deal, TheWrap learned Monday.

She will continue to report to Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara.

Starting in 2000, Kroll led the studio’s international marketing department and was tasked to expand it into a global marketing unit in 2008. Since Kroll became the head of worldwide marketing, Warner Bros. has had more than 40 films open at No. 1 at the box office.

She was named president of worldwide distribution in 2015, when she succeeded Dan Fellman. In that year, movies by the studio were nominated for 11 Academy Awards. That was also the same year that the studio reached the billion-dollar mark both domestically and internationally.

During her tenure, Kroll has overseen the marketing campaigns for the Dark Knight Trilogy, the Hobbit series and the Harry Potter films.
