‘Surviving Jack’ Actress Lili Reinhart Joins Amazon Pilot ‘Cocked’ (Exclusive)

She’ll play Sam Trammell’s liberal daughter who stands out within her right-wing family

Up-and-coming actress Lili Reinhart (“Surviving Jack”) has been cast in Amazon Studios’ pilot “Cocked,” an individual familiar with the project has told TheWrap.

Amazon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Sam Trammell (“True Blood”) will star as Richard Paxson, a Washington D.C. management consultant who enters the family business of manufacturing guns.

Brian Dennehy is in negotiations to play his estranged father, while Reinhart will play Trammell’s liberal daughter, who stands out within her right-wing family.

Dreama Walker will co-star as Dennehy’s illegitimate daughter, who works in marketing at her family’s firearms company and butts heads with Trammell’s character.

Samuel Baum and Sam Shaw wrote the one-hour dramedy pilot, which is slated to start production this August in Los Angeles.

Reinhart recently appeared alongside Christopher Meloni on the Fox sitcom “Surviving Jack,” and her previous feature credits include Jordan Vogt-Roberts’ comedy “The Kings of Summer,” the baseball movie “Gibsonburg” and indie film “Not Waving But Drowning,” which co-starred Adam Driver.

Reinhart is represented by ICM Partners, Authentic Talent and Literary Management and attorney Michael H. Mahan.
