Netflix’s “Orange Is the New Black” star, Taylor Schilling, dives deeper into Season 2 at The Wrap’s inaugural Emmy contenders party

Taylor Schilling talked about deeper direction of “Orange Is the New Black” during Season 2 at TheWrap’s inaugural Emmy season party on Thursday at West Hollywood The London Hotel.

During Season 2, Schilling’s character, Piper Chapman, starts to come to grips with being imprisoned and her capacity for rage.

The more intense storytelling “gave us a chance to do more of what we love,” she told TheWrap hours before Netflix released the season. “We got a chance to explore more aspects of who Piper is, and who all the women are.”

Schilling heads back to work Monday, June 9th for Season 3 of the Netflix series.
