Meet the LEGO version of Homer Simpson, who doesn't appear to be much smarter than the regular version
There's something different about Springfield on this week's episode of “The Simpsons” — Homer Simpson and Comic Book Guy have never looked thinner, because they're LEGO figures.
The long-running Fox animated comedy's 550th episode is following in the footsteps of popular franchises like “Star Wars” and “Batman” by partnering with the toy company for a brand new vision of the world's most geographically ambiguous town in the history of television.
The trailer (above) for “The Simpsons LEGO Spectacular” episode, titled “Brick Like Me,” previews Homer living in an alternate reality made entirely of plastic bricks, while having freak visions of the animated world he used to know.
Find out if Homer ever makes it back to the 2D animation when the special airs Sunday on Fox.
